What Flat Rock Playhouse is doing to keep you safe…

  • We have installed the Pheromeral Aire cold plasma generator technology in all air handlers in our theatre. This technology neutralizes viruses, removes dust, pollen, dander and other allergens. The air travels through a plasma field that is generating up to 16.7 billion ions a second. It naturally, effectively, constantly and safely scrubs the air clean.

  • We have also added an Electrostatic Sprayer to our theatre cleaning practices. An electric charge is applied to a liquid in order to fully cover a surface in a short period of time, allowing us to spray the entire theatre before and after each show. This coating disinfectant applies the chemicals in a more controlled and efficient manner while removing germs and reducing virus spread.

  • Surface disinfection happens before and after every performance. Our theatre, lobby, and restrooms are sanitized with cleaners designed to kill coronavirus on surfaces within minutes.

  • Hand sanitizer stations are available upon entering and throughout the theatre

  • Employees and volunteers are required to report temperatures and symptoms daily. Anyone showing symptoms of COVID-19 or with a temperature of 100.4 or greater is required to remain at home. FRP full time staff is fully vaccinated and, additionally, will be wearing masks at all performances.

  • If patrons are showing signs consistent with COVID-19, they are asked to please stay home and get well.

  • In addition to following the CDC guidelines, the theatre is abiding by local, state, and federal executive orders.

  • For the safety of our patrons, staff, cast and crew, masks will be required indoors for our future productions until otherwise noted.

Thank you for your patience and understanding as we make every effort to provide you with an enjoyable experience while keeping you as safe as possible.
